This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use this website.
Pilarica's Flowers collects only what you type into our inquiry form, and we use it for one thing: replying to your request.
What we collect
When you fill out the inquiry form, we ask for:
- The occasion (birthday, anniversary, sympathy, wedding, etc.)
- The date you need the flowers
- The recipient's ZIP code and city, so we can confirm we deliver there
- Your budget
- Your name and a phone number or email to reach you
- An optional note, if there's anything else we should know
How we use it
Your inquiry is sent as one email, through the Resend email service, straight to our shop's inbox. Nobody but us reads it, and we use it only to answer your request.
Your delivery address
We never ask for a full delivery address through this website. Once we've confirmed we can take your order, we'll ask for the address directly, when we talk with you.
Hosting and spam protection
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To keep spam and bots off our form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical details like your IP address to tell a real person from a bot.
No tracking, no ads
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only as long as we need it to handle your request. You're welcome to ask us to delete your information at any time.
"Do Not Track" signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not track visitors, so there is nothing for that signal to turn off.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted right here.
